Your
Helping Hand in Louisville's Neighborhoods
Louisville/Eastern Jefferson County (East of
I-65) including the Highlands, Strathmoor, Seneca Gardens,
Audubon Park, St. Matthews, Crescent Hill, Fern Creek, Jeffersontown, Middletown, Hurstbourne, Prospect, Anchorage as well as all
communities of Oldham County
Metro
Louisville
includes all of Jefferson County. Southern
Indiana is just to North and Northwest via the Kennedy
Bridge (I-65) and the Sherman Minton Bridge
(I-64). Adjoining counties of Oldham (northeast), Shelby (east),
Spencer (southeast) and Bullitt (south) offer a less urban
lifestyle with short commuting time to Louisville (often 30
minutes or less)
Since
Louisville is nestled in the Ohio River Valley, our climate
is considered moderate. Housing is diverse and
affordable. Cost of living is consistently lower
than the national average. Our community is more
southern and, on the whole, we think of ourselves as a warm
and friendly community.
We are the
home of Churchill Downs
and the Kentucky Derby, the Louisville Slugger Baseball Bat,
University of Louisville, and many other attractions.
United
Parcel Service, Papa John's, Yum Brands, General Electric,
Ford Motor Company, Humana are a few of our area
employers.
Introducing you to the area, helping you preview
the housing inventory and making you feel welcome are a few
of the services I offer without cost or obligation.
